Online Seed Sowing Workshop (RHS)

Sowing Seeds for Small Spaces: Creating a Miniature Wilderness

Booking available here.

Join us live for this workshop to learn about our top 10 seeds for creating pollinator-friendly small spaces using pots and planters. Whether you're new to growing or more experienced, this session will provide step-by-step guidance on selecting seeds, preparing spaces, sowing and maintaining pollinator-friendly plants throughout the growing season.

As part of this workshop, you will:

  • Learn how to select the appropriate space for your plants and the equipment you'll need

  • Hear more about why small spaces matter for pollinators

  • Have the opportunity to follow a 'sow along' seed sowing demonstration

  • Receive tips on aftercare and maintenance to keep your plants thriving

Before the event, you will receive a list of equipment and materials you may need if you'd like to take part in the seed sowing demonstration.

This workshop is a part of RHS Grow With It, a national programme offering year-round growing support. This year, we are inviting you to grow a small space with BIG impact to benefit others in your neighbourhood - from people to pollinators. Find out more here

Please note, this event will not be recorded, so make sure you attend live!
