An Introduction to Urban Food Growing with Ozichi Brewster

  • Hulme Community Garden Centre 28 Old Birley Street Manchester, M15 5RG (map)

Blow away those winter cobwebs and mark your calendars for Saturday 11th April to come on down to Hulme Community Garden Centre for a beginners introduction to food growing.

Community gardener, Ozichi Brewster, will be leading this session focusing on urban food growing in small spaces.

Ozichi is well known for her wellbeing centred approach to gardening, deep connection with nature and ability to grow food in even the most challenging of environments.

If you’d like to take your first steps into self sufficiency and make the most of your space, join us for this two hour session where you’ll also sow some seeds to take home. The event is free to attend and will run on a first come first served basis.

Special thanks to Manchester City Council for making this event possible and Hulme Community Garden Centre for hosting us.
